This Rose Parade tour perfectly combines the splendor of the Rose Parade with the coastal beauty of Long Beach. Explore the Huntington Museum & Gardens, renowned for its art collections and breathtaking landscapes. Head to Pasadena for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Rose Parade floats in their final stages of preparation during
a visit to the Float Construction Barns.
On the last day we will visit the Float Fest where all floats gather after the Parade. Enjoy a leisurely downhill walk through the park, taking in the vibrant colors and intricate details of each entry. The day concludes with lunch at the famous San Antonio Winery.
Celebrate the beauty and pageantry of the Rose Parade from premium grandstand
seating near the television cameras. You’ll be captivated by the artistry of the floats, the energy of the marching bands, and the elegance of the equestrian units. We will
conclude this day with a lunch on the iconic Santa Monica Pier, surrounded by ocean
views and classic Southern California beauty.

Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2026 – Sunday, Jan. 3, 2027
December 30 – Hotel Check-in | Introduction
- Your tour begins with your arrival and check-in at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. Porterage at the hotel is included.
- After check-in, visit the Al Brooks hospitality desk for your welcome packet. This is also an opportunity to meet your tour guide, who will be with you each day of your tour.
- A relaxing night at the 4-star Hyatt Regency Long Beach is the perfect start to the fun and adventure of the Sea Rose Tour.
December 31 – Float Construction Barns | Huntington Museum & Gardens
- Explore the Float Barns as volunteers work around the clock to put the finishing touches on the spectacular Rose Parade floats.
- Join us for lunch at a local restaurant.
- Travel to San Marino and tour The Huntington Museum. Experience a stunning array of 16 themed botanical gardens with over 15,000 varieties of plants from around the world. Explore the gardens, streams, and paths at your leisure and discover that something beautiful is always in bloom. The Huntington Library Exhibition Hall also includes beautiful art collections and rare book exhibits, including the Gutenberg Bible, one of only 12 surviving copies printed on vellum.
- Meals Included: Full American Breakfast Buffet, Lunch
January 1 – The Rose Parade
- We have a spectacular day planned for you. Be sure to join us for an early breakfast before we depart for Pasadena.
- Celebrate the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena. Take your seat in the grandstands near the television cameras. It’s the perfect spot for taking pictures of the floats, marching bands, and equestrian teams.
- After the parade, savor lunch on the iconic Santa Monica Pier, followed by free time to stroll, shop, and explore.
- Take time to relax during a leisurely afternoon on your own.
- Meals Included: Full American Breakfast Buffet, Lunch on Santa Monica Pier
January 2 – Post-Parade Showcase of Floats | San Antonio Winery Lunch
- Tour the Post-Parade Showcase of Floats, and see the detail and beauty of each entry. Take plenty of close-ups to share with family and friends back home.
- Be our guest for lunch at the historic San Antonio Winery.
- Meals Included: Full American Breakfast Buffet, Lunch
January 3 – Farewell Breakfast
- The Farewell Breakfast is a chance to say goodbye to your tour guide and all the new friends you’ve made during your time on The Sea Rose Tour.
- Bon voyage and have a safe trip home. We hope to see you again soon.
